Eszter Takáts and the Gumizsuzsi : While guitar strumming women are a dime a dozen in the States - I am not making a judgment call here, merely statin that the genre is popular -, Hungary has a much slimmer offering of the type, population scale taken into account. Eszter Takáts is one of those, here performing with her band, although otherwise often seen solo and in several other configurations.

Balkan Fanatik : Coming from the Netherlands, I would have never known the existence, let alone the music, of Balkan Fanatik. The band played on the stage right outside the Sziget offices, and they really knew how to get their crowd going!
