Quimby has its root in one of the biggest industrial cities of western Hungary. The band members met during their high school years in Dunaújváros, Hungary at the end of the eighties and played covers of their favorite artists under the moniker October. Digital Playground: Target shooting : Remember a couple of years back, when the Wii was just released to the public and people broke a lot of flatscreen tvs by playing bowls and inadvertently letting go of the Wiimote? That's not going to happen here. Throw balls at your "favorite" artist, and get some music as a reward. Games don't have to be overly complex

Splish-splash, taking a bath : This must have been one of the smarter performances I have seen on the festival yet; the temperature easily reaches 30°C, and these guys were "selling" photo-ops for beer. Simply brilliant.

The French have taken hold of Dalmat : Dalmat is the bar at the end of the World Music stage. Each year, this is where the French hang out, and this year is no exception. I must confess, they know how to throw a party, and it is quite nice to hang out there even if you are not french. As long as you can stand the accent and the french songs ;-)

World Music Instruments : Yes, people actually buy these instruments at Sziget Festival and you see many impromptu performance riding on the tail of the scheduled performers at the African Village, long into the morning hours.
