Day 6 - Mixing cocktails :

ARCADOM Wall : The ARCADOM Wall commemorates the 20th anniversary of a regime change; the falling of the Berlin wall.

An international creative team of grafitti and street artists will decorate one side of the wall during the festival; the other side of the wall is open to festival visitors to leave their mark.

Thai Massage :

AXE Promotional Scrub : AXE shower gel packets and sponges were covering the island grounds fairly densely by the end of the festival. But can you blame the festival goers for volunteering for a scrub by the scantily dressed assistants?

DAY 4 - Postcards :

Graffiti : The innumerable venues all slice out a piece of island ground for their activities with large fences, come covered for additional privacy. Needless to say plain white coverings quickly transform into (often unsolicited) artwork at the hands of the omnipresent urban artists.

Hanging on by a thread : a Stunt Panorama : Sanyi, one of our photographers is also a stuntman. We have been shooting aerial panoramas of Sziget Festival for some years using kites and poles, but this is the first time one of us actually hung themselves upside down at twenty meters, in order to take a series of aerial phoographs with the precision required to assemble thos into a seemless panoramic image. Behold the result - a stunning overview of what constitutes pretty much the geographic center of Sziget Festival 2009.

DAY 2 - Kareoke :

Sleeping : Considering that live act start as late as 2am and other programs do not stop until the wee hours, night time is not always the best time to rest if you live on the island for the duration of the festival.
