KAP - View over the Main Stage area : There's wind that blows, and wind that sucks....

After a couple of days biting my tongue, there seemed to be enough wind to get my kite up. Unfortunately it wasn't really wind, but turbulence instead. So I did not get my kite up very high... Even so, this panorama was taken by suspending my camera from a kite!

Burn Bar : In addition to the 60+ cultural venues provided by Sziget Festival, there are countless sponsor spots offering entertainment of every flavor. While the stages are still dark, these sponsor spots are hopping with the more than 50,000 people who have showed up on theIsland on the day of Iron Maiden's pre-festival concert.

DAY 6 - Reaching for the Stars :

VIP Area Long Exposure : Please forgive me for making a beginner's "mistake"; I took a brand new camera to Sziget, so I was still exploring its capabilities at the festival. This is me testing a long exposure in the VIP area, to the backdrop of Lauren Harris' performance.

In my most eary voice: "I see ghost people..."

Graffiti : The innumerable venues all slice out a piece of island ground for their activities with large fences, come covered for additional privacy. Needless to say plain white coverings quickly transform into (often unsolicited) artwork at the hands of the omnipresent urban artists.
